Soo.... I have also had my account hijacked (so far) remain logged in, sent a ticket a couple of days ago and have heard nothing, but then I'm not sure if i should get any confirmation of the ticket or anything?

Having a look here it seems a few other people recently have also suffered, sad times ='(

Damn, yeah, the timing is super shitty. Most importantly don't send additional tickets as each update pushes an issue back on the support team's backlog (or something like that).

If you want a speedy solution to your problem you may want to PM Judas, he might get support to take care of your issue more quickly, considering the gravity of the situation.

Yeah, my account got hacked (I'm remaining logged-in through cookies). I'm still waiting for a reply as well. I sent a private message to Firek but I've received no response. I sent into a support request yesterday (no response as well).

How long have you been waiting?

I'm not located in the Russian Federation, unless the Russian Federation now includes Berkeley, California.

Well, sending more tickets isn't gonna help you with that either. Normally you would have received an email confirmation but to my understanding your email has been changed and the hijacker got that one sent to his own address. Just contact Judas and he will probably be able to tell you if they received the ticket and if someone is working on it already.

damn it's a bleeding epidemic. GOG may want to look into a better security system since hijackers and script kiddies seem to be targeting GOG big time.

I contacted the email address that was now registered with my account, seems the account was sold to someone!

Any idea when your account was hijacked? I suspect mine was around 24th or 28th of May.

I've been going through this site looking at the other cases. Most seem to date to late May or early June.

I don't think it's an epidemic just yet, but the number of cases is worrying.

Yeah, I'm kind of bummed as I wanted to give Gog.com more money as well.
