I haven't used my account in the last months, yesterday i tried to enter but, in the login field where i have to put my e-mail, the luncher say "user not found". How is it possible?

Misstyped? Or did you use a different E-mail adress?
Or caps lock activated?

It's entirely possible that your account was hacked and somebody changed the email address. But if that happened you should have received an email indicating that your address was changed, and telling you what the old address was.

The other possibilities are that you typed your address differently when you tried to log in, or (never discount the possibility) there might happen to be a bug that's affecting you right now.

The first thing thing to do is check your email for messages sent from GOG. If there's nothing out of order then try log in again, being careful with your email address, and trying a "forgot my password" with that address if that doesn't work. If GOG still doesn't accept your address and didn't send you a password reset email then contact support and hopefully they can help you.

When you get access to your account again, it would be a good idea to enable two-step login.

Good luck. Let us know if you get things sorted out.
I cheked my mail for messages sent from GOG, and this is the result...
I'm not wrong in writing, i tried many times.
I contacted the support but nobody answered.

Its the weekend, friday nights into Saturday mornings is prime time for hacks, it guarantees a minimum amount of time in a target accounts prior to support shutting them down... all weekend to pivot and siphon data.
Today I signed again with the same email, but changing the username, and as you can see there are no problems, this means that this mail appeared actually not attached to any account. Now I find myself without any games in the library, as if I had not bought anything (I had the witcher 3 with all dlc)

If I were you, I'd take down the image that has your email address from your other post.

What do you mean when you say you used the same email but a different username? When I log in, I use an email address and a password; the username only comes up after that.

EDIT: asked a question I didn't need to; removed it.

What was your original account?
Where did you buy the Witcher 3 from?
Have you tried contacting the "blues" too?
