jojimbo: I knew I should have bought it off steam, they have an excellent guard system against this sort of thing.
No, they don't :

Don't worry, GOG is slow sometimes, but they always pull through. You'll get your account back soon.

Steam guard is good, GOG should really introduce this as it would stop most issues. Yes in that link there were problems which now are fixed. GOG needs to address the hacking issue, just type in the word hacked in GOG search,
why isn't anything being done?

I bet Joker213@gmail.com (from the Ukraine btw) is in Velen by now.

Sent a message to Firek along with thread info so it doesn't get buried. They're the support head, so that might be sufficient to get your problem resolved somewhat faster.

jojimbo: push me to the back of the queue because of multiple tickets? nice support there guys,
That is not true:

But yeah, I can understand that you are frustrated and support is sometimes a bit slow. I hope this gets sorted out fast.
Hey Fairfox, I'm just frustrated, I don't mean that crap.

Not a problem. Like Licurg said, they're good people, just up to their eyeballs in work at all times.
Thanks to all you guys for being so supportive, i ammended my original post,
I'll just wait and chil the hell out.
Heh, that's what I thought. When Ciris (or Judas?) stated that each additional message to support pushes a ticket back in the queue I was skeptical as such a system would literally make zero sense, both technically and from an organizational perspective. I actually thought a lot about it and tried to figure out what purpose such a system could possibly have, never coming close to a logical explanation. Glad they were wrong on this and that additional messages for the same ticket are automatically merged. That's one thing on GOG that works exactly the way it should.
