bjgamer was also a cool guy here in the forums. He always seems positive. Sadly, he is no longer with us.
First thank you for the opportunity and genesority for the giveaway.

Im also in.

I'd like to pick some names that I've been observing for a while now:

- Finkleroy, looks like a patient and calm guy, for hosting both giveaways in the forums and trying to be as just as possible in the situations that this kind of work creates. So thank you Finkleroy for your time and patience with both giveaways!

- Doc0075, that looks like to be around GOG community just to show charity, as many donations in both said donations are made by you (by the lists, I could analyze and confirm that. So thank you Doc for that too. This community have much to thank you too;

- GamezRanker that, as others said, despite having a negative Reputation (which means nothing, actually, but to some might mean something) looks like a educated, polite, person, trying to have good discussions and even when disagreeing, tries to remain polite and have a nice talk;

- ciemnogrodzianin that somehow manages to collect all the data needed and info about sales, game changes, and etc, showing also love and kindness to the community.

There are so many names and so many people I've observed and would have something nice to talk about... but anyway that's it.

"We all have faults, but, in many people, virtues shine brighter."
Thank you for your neverending generosity, Doc0075. I'm in.

Many of the people that I would have gladly said good things about have already been mentioned, and often re-mentioned, so I thought I'd look for someone who may have somehow fallen through the cracks so far.

Accordingly, here are two names that fate has brought together to create two tools without which my --- and many others' --- GOG experience would have been much worse. It being the sign of the times, both are not posting that much anymore, not are they releasing new editions of their tools as often as they had done in yesteryears, but their past work still speaks volumes for them.
Thank you, Barefoot_Monkey of Barefoot Essentials.
Thank you, adaliabooks of Adalia Fundamentals

Indeed. A useful trick for years to come.
Thank you Doc0075 for this giveaway. I'm want to participate!
Well, is difficult to choose just one person here on GOG, I mean Doc0075 is the most generous and altruistic user in the community, he never accept any repayment, even if you insist.
Another one is GamezRanker always so kind and respectful, he always is arround the community and relate so well with all the memebers, I never understand why he always is downvoted in the comments without any reason, but it's a really nice guy!!!!
kbnrylaec also is a user that always help in The Unannounced GOG Promo Thread, posting a lot of promos and discounts.
But if I only have to choose one I will choose finkleroy, he dedicate a lot of his time to administrate both Community Giveaways, he's 24/7 here doing a lot of work, despite some times is being misstated by other members.
Thanks to all for make GOG Community a better place!!!!
Thank you Doc for the giveaway! Your Disco Elysium gift is amazing. I know Christmas has been months already, but I thank you again. At this rate, santa will be jobless :P

Wow, there's so many great people on this forum!
I've been reading through the posts and it makes me happy to see the love and appreciation in 60 posts already! :)

I wish that everyone will receive a hearty message about themselves and to get encouragement on GOG!
But then even 50,000 words won't be enough for my post to cover every great person here!

For the sake of not writing a thesis and a TLDR or spamming the thread with 100s of posts, if I didn't name you, you are still special to me :). You may already have been mentioned too for your undeniable role in our GOG family <3

I would like to make an honourable mention of PMPMGamer who has been supportive and understanding during my game rants. Your yearly long patience deserves recognition and your kindness you have shown is utmost remarkable! Thank you for your friendly attitude in this forum and bringing great contribution throughout your posts. Your supportive attitude never fails to help GOG become a better place.

Let's keep the love train going <33
Thanks for the opportunity!

Back in 2014 a very kind user called Azgrel gave me a spare copy of Torchlight when I just missed the GOG giveaway for that game. Torchlight is one of my favorite hack n' slash games and I will always be thankful to Azgrel for his generosity.
I'd have to also focus a small highlight on bjgamer.

We sometimes meet very nice (even awesome) people online. It is a very infrequent occasion, as most internauts are aware, but GOG in particular is blessed with a few. Yet B & J always had something that made them particular even among this company, being a couple... two great individuals that met each other at a certain point, and who took upon them to bring fun and joy to others, by creating an unique event amidst a forum where a lot has already been thought and done.

They took of their time, their most precious asset, to create a pirate-themed event that became a tradition. A tradition that J kept alive, even after the sad news of B joining the captains of the Great Sea, at a time where very few would have had the strength to even spare a second thought for the joy of others. She did, for such as always been the nature of this duo. And thus, every small reminder that both the presence and legacy of bjgamer are remembered and appreciated in the community is important.

These infrequent internauts are the individuals (and couples) that bind and make this community a community.
Thank you for the giveaway Doc.

I would like to mention some people that are active and help the GOG community.
1) MarkoH01 - That maintains the list of games with Ingame Achievements and contacts a lot of developers if any updates are missing and also if any languages are missing
2) Alexim - He always keeps tracks of any Broken GOG achievements and even contacts developers to add them if any of their games are missing
3) SylvanFae - She has done some amazing giveaways in the past and Is also very active on the forum
4) Also as some other people mentioned GamezRanker Always hosts some amazing giveaways every year.

Thanks for the giveaway.
There are so many good people here, so that´s difficult.
But GamezRanker is friendly, generous and patient. I´m in his debt. He´s one of the best, hands down.
I confess I clicked on this thread mostly to be amused by Doc's definition of "a little giveaway" - and he does not disappoint! 6 winners of the game of their choice is only little relative to the standards doc has set (and repeatedly exceeded). ;)

So I appreciate the chuckle, ty!

I'm NOT in, but I appreciate the theme.

Lots of names jump to mind (and more would probably jump to mind if I didn't have 2020 brain): mrkgnao, trentonlf, HSL, adalia, zeo, finkleroy, docbear, ZFR, Lift, cristi, etc. (or even that Bookwyrm person who went over to the dark side).

I'm not around as much these days (nor are several of them, it seems), so I'm probably not the best judge of which community member is most deserving today, but those and many others are the folks I most appreciate bumping into.
Thank you Doc0075 for the "little" giveaway and the upcoming community giveaway as well.

I'm in as well.

Many still remember, but some might not know it - I would like to praise and say thank you to a "hero from the past" zeogold for his service for the community (management of various giveaways) before handing the torch to finkleroy.

Doc0075: Now I ask those of you who enter to do one thing - have a look through the forum at the people posting, pick someone and then say something nice about them.
Simple as that.
Thank you for your generosity. I'd like to be in.

Mentioning just one person won't do though so here is a short list:

*) finkleroy for giving so much of his time by managing two big giveaway threads.
*) Doc0075 obviously for your generosity. I don't know anyone who donates as many games as you do.
*) Yepoleb for GOGDB.
*) woolymethodman and Kalanyr for gogrepo.

I'm sure there are more people here who deserve mentioning but these five were at the top of my head and I couldn't pick just one of them.
Sachys

He was a very positive presence in the forums along with his mate foxworks. Sadly some of the toxicity here drove them away to steam forums where they are very much active.

Snowkatt and tinye are also missed.

I am in and thank you Doc for being the generous Santa Claus of gog forum.
