Lost access to my account, been waiting for 5 days so far with no response. Literally all I need is an email change.

Contacted them with just my email so I can't even see if they got my response when I responded to their automatic covid19 email that tried to close the ticket.
I've had to deal with support a number of times this year and I've got to say I have never had a worse experience with a support department. I understand that they are understaffed. But this handling by management is inexcusable and frankly you would've have thought they'd improved it by now. Something like contracting a few more people while the pandemic is on seems reasonable?
Every ticket since March 2020 has taken 3 weeks+ to get even a single acknowledgement. Anything from small problems and annoyances to complete service failure. Only exception has been refunds which usually just takes 1-2 days to get fully finished.
Glad this thread exists, I'll try to use it if I get my account back.
