You can also buy DLCs on GOG.COM for some of the mentioned above titles. Hurry up and make a purchase before the discounts on games from IDEA FACTORY expire on 19th November 2021, at 2 PM UTC.
Here we go, time to buy some games second time for sake of drm-free versions.

TLDR, for those interested in these:
- Buy Fairy Fencer F and Death End Re;Quest (didnt play the sequel yet) if you like modern jrpgs that take themselves semi-serious. I mean seriously - these (and Dragon Star Varnir) even have decent-enough writing, so *probably* even people who arent the target auditory may enjoy them.
- Buy Dragon Star Varnir for its combat system built around multiple layers of height (with melee attacks being only allowed between enemies on same layer).
- Buy Moero Chronicle if you ever thought about dungeon crawler where you have to find your future party's members in dungeon and then touch them in inappropriate places (there is whole minigame dedicated to it) to recruit. I mean seriously - what did you expect from game with screenshots like that? (however there is no Subverse-like content, if you know what I mean) Jokes aside, its a decent game for what it is, also the cheapest one our of whole sale (at least in my region).
- Buy Hyperdimension Neptunia U if you want some mindless action fun. Like... its combat is more casual than Victor Vran, so yeah - unless you know what you are getting into, this is the hardest thing to recommend out of bundle.

Neptunia Visual Stars is like Hyperdimension Neptunia U, but not-so-good - they tried to refresh combat by slapping some third person shooter elements in there, but its not Senran Kagura (I wish these got released there...) and things didnt go as fluid as they should for game to be enjoyable.

No idea about other games - didnt play, not interested.

Mmmmm......

Years ago i played Neptunia games, two or three of them i forget. It was interesting and had an exploration/combat system familiar with other games. To be honest it was okay.

However having played Fairy Fencer a bit, it uses the same engine, the same art style, the same writing. Not to be wrong, writing is good, but it feels the same. It's like playing KotoR, and then playing Jade Empire and it's the same game/engine/ui/graphics/sounds with a different coat of paint.

Unless they've really changed up a lot in the other games, it will be hard to say if it would be worth the 'wait, this looks too familiar' and 'i've done this before'.

I suppose if you loved Neptunia and want more of it, then you're in luck. But if not, then i don't know.

Awesome releases, thank you so much! Some of us have been waiting for these for years!

Also, here's a tip about buying the complete version of Death End Re;Quest (edit: also applies to Super Neptunia RPG and Hakuoki: Edo Blossoms):
Currently, the cheapest way to get everything is to purchase the DLC Bundle (base game + DLC) and the Deluxe Pack (artwork/soundtrack/wallpapers, no game).

NOT the "Deluxe Edition Bundle" + DLC Bundle! The "Deluxe Edition Bundle" also includes the base game, and so does the DLC bundle - you're effectively paying for 2 copies of the base game. So get the "Deluxe Pack" instead - same content, but cheaper because there's no additional copy.

idk why it was done this way. Most of the other games have bundles that give you everything for a discount, but not these.
Hope this helps some others save a few more dollars.

low rated
complete and utter garbage riddled with DLC bullshit. wouldn't waste my time if it were all free! Time is a value too!
Why isn't "When I" from the opening animation part of the Dragon Star Varnir soundtrack? What's the point of paying for a damn soundtrack if I have to capture the music myself, anyway?

Theseekingseer: Turn Based JRPG Games

Super Neptunia RPG
This is actually an action game. You wait until your global party AP meter charges, and then press a button to make one of your party members make an action. Time never stops. In other words, real-time with wait, like ATB. Also like ATB, enemies can interrupt you while you're pressing your action button. Plus outside of combat it's kind of platformy.

--------------------

This whole collection has been kind of a disappointment to me:

Death end re;Quest 1 & 2: bizarre combat and too story heavy.; I spent most of the first hour in painfully slow-paced cutscenes. I'll probably continue playing these, though, in the hopes they will get better.
Super Neptunia RPG: too actiony, although Neptune is as amusing as always. I might spend a little more time on it.
Fairy Fencer F...: won't start in wine
Dragon Star Varnir: not supported by dxvk, so have to use much slower wine-dx11. Probably the most playable of the games I got in this sale. Still, see above about the soundtrack.
Moero Chronicle - won't start in wine
Neptunia Vitual Stars - no sound in wine; thus unplayable
Neptunia U - hang in wine (sometimes after IF logo w/ sound but corrupted video) after anti-piracy screen

So 4/8 unplayable in wine, 2 games I don't really care for that much, an overly actiony game, and one that is decent but slow. Oh well. I should just stop buying games until Disgaea finally appears (meaning probably forever).
Question A : Can you play these games with mouse and keyboard ?
Question B : Can you turn off the in-game music ?

Reglisse: No Deluxe or DLC for Neptunia Virtual Stars ?
Just asking...I'm happy to see so much Idea Factory titles here :)
'DLCs will be available at a later date' -- it's a tiny notice under the system requirements.
GOG Galaxy is missing achievements for Hyperdimension Neptunia U, although they are announced on the store page.

Does anyone else have the same issue?

I can only speak for Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force Both keyboard and mouse input work, you can set all keys and you are able to mute the BGM and other things.

Oh,yes...thank you ^^
I rarely read system requirement by now...my PC was build in January 2020,so I assumed that it would be enough to run those games...

Edit:I have problem with my controllers...game doesn't recognize them...nor Xbox or PS4 controller is working...game is unplayable with keyboard, rebinding keys are unbinding when I play...too bad...at least the other games work great and are fun :)

I have them in Galaxy for me. Did you update to the latest version of Galaxy?

According to my data, at the moment practically all games released by IDEA FACTORY suffer from the "invisible achievements" bug. For those unfamiliar with it, it's nothing serious, which can be easily fixed by any developer with access to the GOG Galaxy SDK, and it means that players can only see the achievements they have unlocked by playing the game. It's used to keep achievements secret until the actual launch of a game. Reporting the bug to GOG staff can also help.
I think there is a logistical error that is currently causing the GOG store page for "Death end re;Quest 2" not to list the "DLC Bundle" edition as an option to purchase, like other games in this sale have, and which it seems that "Death end re;Quest 2" is also supposed to have, but doesn't.
