Im wondering if it is included in Altarian Prophecy or not (orgiinal Disc or Gog version)

The "Galactic Civilizations Expanded Universe" pack I cannot find for download, nor patches for Altarian Prophecy.

My understanding is, based on a question I asked yonks ago is that all the expansions and patches are already included.

I am wondering also about the Altarian Prophecy CD / Deluxe Version 2004.
