Hi there,

I don't know if this is the correct section to post this, but I have already contacted tech support on august 31st (e-mail received on septembrer 1st, don't ask me why) and I haven't received an answer yet.
On august 31st I bought Gabriel Knight 2 and 3 using my store credit of 3.80€ (they were on sale and I have some pennies left) but when I was about to finish the order and process it, a page informed me that something went wrong (I don't know what, maybe connection issues), I pushed the "try again" button and another page informed that the order was completed successfully. However, when I went back to the home page I noticed 2 items left in the cart: the games.
I go to my library and I see them there, too.
What happened? Can I play the games I purchased? I haven't even received the order confirmation/receipt e-mail yet.

Order was completed, the games are in your library, so I don't see why you shouldn't play them. Just check if the money transaction went as supposed and you aren't charged twice. Other than that, I'd say go ahead and have fun. The cart items could have resulted from caching and could have only appeared, because you went back in your browser history and the browser hadn't refreshed its content, but showed you the cached state (before you bought the games).

Thanks for your answer :) the problem (if it is a problem) is that the games in the cart have been showing for days... I had to remove them manually... about the transaction, I'll check right now but I doubt something went wrong as I used my store credit and din't give any credit card number.

I'm pretty sure it is or was a cache issue. Just clear it in your browser's options to get rid of old cookies etc. and those things will be gone as well.
