I was wondering if anyone has heard anything regarding the other games in the series. I've heard of this game for years but i missed it when it came out and have been trying to get it for ages so im very happy Gog put it up up now, but im hoping the sequels will come out too.
I'd love to play the whole collection, i've kicked myself every year for not getting the set back in the 90s. Thanks Gog!

The only people that know if or when its coming out are the gog staff and they won't be telling us users when that will be. So until the day its announced or randomly shows up you will have to hope that gog will bring those titles as well. The new activision deal has 20 games coming this month though, but with the huge catalogue they have, like all of series games its hard to guess if we will see the 2nd and 3rd this month or not.

I literally keep refreshing the site every couple of hours in hopes of seeing The Beast Within released and have my credit card ready to buy it the instant it happens. I just finished with GK1 last night (4th time ever) and can't wait to play the second game again. This is such a great series that no one should miss.
I know it's unlikely that GOG's rushing the other GK games out so fast, what with the ridiculously long Activision backlog in their pockets but I'm just saying GK is my biggest game love ever.

I want to play the beast within so bad, it will be one 'beasty' download though I mean Tex murphy was about 3GB itself I could see this being around the same if not more...

I'm sure it would be more considering beast was 6 CDs and Tex (I assumed you meant UAKM) was 4....

Just to put that in perspective; The Force Unleashed II will reportedly weigh in at almost 24 GB...
6 CDs worth of data doesn't seem so bad now, does it?

Myst 2: Riven originally took 5 CDs but the GOG installer is merely 1.6 GB. I imagine The Beast Within won't be that much larger.

Indeed, see my post above yours. It was a great find too since I'm enjoying the subtitles a lot on my current playthrough.
