sorry for the delay with the file, the file I had was in my windows patched version & gog's version is dosbox. I am unable to load the game in gog's version. either it's a standard that another game will not work or its due to being a windows version. Should work but it doesn't I get an error message stating file will not load as being from another version.
I have asked at another forum so I can get the file for you as I didn't want to dissapoint you.

my gog version is only up to 2nd chapter.
hey,

yeah i know the problems with the windows version. i found some save files via google for it on the internet and tested them, but the game closes when i try to start a savegame from the non-gog version.. so you asked in another forum for the file? that´s really nice, thanks for the effort. really appreciated. :)

I downloaded a dos installer from the same author of the windows patched installer & its also same installer that gog users & I found you cannot load a game file . even with loading the catalogue file it won't work. looks like you will have to start again from the beginning or go back to a previous save file if you have one.
i guess you´re right and i´ll have to start again( i always overwrite my savegames, so there is no other savegame i can use.). i was so happy to finish the boring museum part with grace ( i disliked this already when i had the game when it came out) and right after this my pc crashes. :\
anyway, thanks a lot for trying to help. :)

Seriously?

It's like history from your own country, slightly mixed in with some fiction, but nonetheless. If I were from Germany or Bayern myself, I'd totally love that sequence even more than I already do.
yes, seriously. maybe i should like it, but i never was a fan of that kind of history,so..ehm, yeah. ;)
