Downloaded it multiple times. Same thing every time. I open it and after a few moments:

“Full Throttle Remastered” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash.

I'm on a brand new MacBook Pro M2 Max. Is there a solution?

It's just a problem of security.
Try to launch the game.
That will fail.
Then open the system settings of your Mac.
Go to confidentiality and security tab.
It will appears that the game have been block.
Click on the button beside this information to launch once more the game.
