This will give you the full uncensored version of Muramasa, Seryuu a Dev from Jast explained that they are working to get the DLC to uncensor it into play here on GOG by the end of the month. Until then they made this for us!

Also it was hinted that the Nitro+ series with content patches might be coming here from them. And as they learn more about GOG they will try their best to hold parity to steam.

And how actually i must install(?) this patch? When i just extract files into game folder there is nothing happening with game, there is no sex scene with Konatsu in the first chapter. Or is this patch not restoring erotic scenes?

The DEV said extracting this and overwriting the files running the new EXE should have worked. This converts GOG to the uncensored version. If that's not working I would suggest connecting with Seryuu or contact them directly via the website. There support team is usually very fast.

But if you over wrote the 3 files and launched the game with the new EXE everything should be working.

Hmm, I've been waiting months and still nothing... I suppose I'll buy it again on JAST for the uncensor and I really don't mind buying it twice since it's pure kino. Pretty lame that the patch doesn't work at all though.

Unfortunately, I can confirm this patch doesn't have the cut content (at least not the event graphics).
I've unpacked the supplied NPK files and they simply don't have the images.
(See the attached screenshots comparing the GOG version, vs the original)

Looks like the patch has been fixed, and the DLC has been submitted to GOG:

Fixed patch here (different URL from old version)

Patch fixed & DLC confirmed by Seryuu (JAST staff) on NekoNyan's Discord:
Original patch didn't work for some people, current one should be working for everyone
We also submitted it as DLC to GOG
but GOG has yet to put it up
And patch confirmed working by a user in this reddit thread
