Check your sound card driver. See, If you can default to the Windows driver.
Please check and make sure you are using the latest graphic drivers for your card.
Everytime I do an update drive serch on my computer for what ever item in question it tells me that my drivers are up todate. KNow I freely admite I dont know a dam thing about computers but is their another way to check to see if my drivers are up todate ???

You could try using the Automatic Detect & Install program on AMD's site and see if that helps to check whether you have the latest video card drivers.

http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx

You should see an Automatically Detect and Install section as soon as you reach the site :D.

Or that if you have intel.
I want to thank you for everyone taking the time and posting sugestions, My 12 year old who knows more about computer then I do fix the problem and now the game works fine. Again thank you for everyone taking the time and helping me out. Still cant get the game to work on my wife's PC but she went with Steam and still dealing with them on that one.

So it were just the GFX drivers all along?
Guessed for FX, as ME3 was running fine for you which used to crap out for many of my customers because of GFX drivers.

Heh! The problem is probably that ATI drivers just plain suck. I should know, I've been lumbered which is otherwise VERY GOOD hw design but COMPLETELY hobbled by crap drivers(linux worst, winders marginally less so) and to add insult to injury they drop support after a couple of years ffs!

(I'm speaking from an ATI Radeon HD mobility 4850 512MB GDDR3 which regularly has locked up in VERY SPECIFIC situations over it's "supported" (truncated) lifespan, with ZERO heat/memory problems(oh god I can't even remember all of the stress testers that I ran, an opengl test that pegged the GPU @ 99.9% w/max temp @ 80C ahh furmark, and other DX stresstesters same... they all work fine, but toss a particular situation to the card LOCK driver craps out and either recovers or hard crashes... seemed to always happen to me when there were alot of lighting effects but did ATI address? nope, not in 3y until they graciously deprecated it and plain dropped support. ...and I haven't even addrerssed the godawful video tearing yet... but that's another story...)

...meanwhile nVidia still supports back to what? GF2? and my GTX 670 has yet to choke like like an ATI(well AMD now by their finally rebranding) "solution". I'm not saying that ATI totally sucks, their hw seems capable, it's just that their sw team is ENTIRELY LACKING which ENTIRELY NEGATES their hw, sadly.

Meanwhile Intel plods along EXTREMELY SLOWLY in graphics hw, yet has AFAIC pretty awesome OSS drivers, unfortunately their hw(GPU) just isn't up to much unless all you're doing is video and some very old gaming...

I FULLY expect the day to come when for useful GPUs it will end up a choice between nVidia and Intel unless ATI miraculously get's their sh!t together with their drivers, which is pretty damned sad as their hw is actually pretty damned good just let down by their by FAR subpar sw group, and shortsighted support termination of older GPUs.

[EDIT]
Oh that ATI GPU is an MXM type III card, which is NOT easily replaceable unless you can fabricate new HS/fan assemblies even IF it is a standard MXM card(ASUS gamed MXM and in some models reversed the physical electronic connectors while maintaining superficial compliance amongst other rogue companies....)

(MXM specifies no standard at all as to how HS/fans(cooling) interfaces with the actual cards, so you get all sorts of changes that the various PCB designers made for cheaper mfg/etc. v. universality of cooling/interchangeability... granted desktops don't worry about that as the cards are, more or less, monolithic and replaceable en toto...)
