On the Frostpunk store page, it says:
"Enhance your Frostpunk experience for 2019 and 2020 - buy Season Pass now to save 30% on all DLCs and get the Frostpunk soundtrack for free."
Yet, on the store page, there is no discount at all:

Although, on Steam's page, there is 30% discount:
https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/11780/Frostpunk_Season_Pass/
I was wondering know whether is it an issue, or just there is an extra discount on Steam?
Also, on the game's official page, it says that the price should be 24.49 USD, yet on the GOG page it is 27.89:
