I'm having some problems progressing this mission. I've destroyed all the crates, every wave of enemy that has attacked and disabled the Ramses, while leaving the Taranis alone. Now, nothing happens. The objective list says that I'm to capture the Ramses, but I have no idea of how to do that.
I've also tried to attack the Taranis, but then the Ramses just blows up for no apparent reason and I lose the primary objective. I've not tried to proceed from that point though.

The Ramses won't ever get captured and/or it will blow up no matter what you do. This is one of those annoying missions where you're supposed to fail your primary objective, but they don't exactly tell you that until the debriefing. The idea was that it wasn't your fault you failed because the Taranis interfered. Basically, you just take out all of the cargo and freighters and then you can jump out at anytime, AFTER the Taranis jumps in. Taking out the enemy waves is just a bonus to your stats.

That's a bit peculiar though, as the first time the Ramses seemed to just self-destruct, while the second time the Taranis didn't even seem to care. The third time everything went pretty much as it apparently should.
