I would like to increase the maximum of my gold amount but I don't know how, I'm not allowed to have more than 500.

I Have no Lord's manor in my buildings. How can I get it ?
I got lots of notifications about new buildings but nothing appear in my building list

There are 3 boxes at the top of the screen. These are for 'Labour' , 'Kingdom ?' and 'Clergy'. If you click on these you will find additional building options and the requiements you need to unlock them.

You'll need to add up to 4 treasuries on to your Lord's Manor. I got up to over 1200.

Need help, pls, what should i do to open Lord's manor, don't get what I should exactly build to get points to unlock it!

Follow quest in worker, kingdom, and church tabs at the top of the screen. Continue to build up your village. I built the guard post before the manor.

Build a lot of markets, along with their accessories. Not all accessories give you splendor, so just hover your mouse over them and you will see how much each one gives. I am very new to this game too and it has been like pulling teeth trying to find information out there. Hope this helps.

Splendor is the key, the buildings and decorations state if they give any, so build lots of the ones that give splendor even if it's just duplicates. Like I have bunch of barrels and fences for the market just to pretty the place up, but they give each small amount of splendor (0.2, 0.5 or so, I think?). Same applies to churches (clergy splendor) and forts (army splendor).
