Updating fails, and reinstalling gives only part of the files.

Manually launching after reinstall complains about missing files. Galaxy client also notes the install needs to retry with no explanation why.

I did use Galaxy and it worked fine for me nevertheless.

Tried again today and it's working now. Nothing changed on my end, so no idea what the problem was. This time I had less free space, I had more resources in use during install, nothing was updated to my knowledge... it's just plain weird.
