As it is widely known, the most recent versions of both Pool of Radiance and Curse of the Azure Bonds do not have the theme music used in the earlier versions. Now, I am not expecting GOG.com to patch the music back. However, I was wondering how much work and effort would a fan-made patch require. If I have understood correctly, the internal functionality of the Gold Box engine is rather well known these days.
I know that GOG.com already offers the older 1.2 version of CotAB as extra due to it having the music. However, patching the music into the newer versions (if that is possible) could be a nice way to combine the original theme music with possible fixes and improvements introduced in the later versions.
