Ok, back to old school D&D.
I am at level 4 of the Moonmark Tower. (Dran Draggore, EoB2, etc, etc)
The goal is to trap *4* medusa in the middle of the map. (Pressure plates, walking backwards.....)

Question:
Can I proceed to kill any medusa I see during my venture, or do I need to firstly catch the *4*, and then explore the map and farm xp.

Do your exploring and farming first. You can temporarily stun medusas on top of the pressure plates, but even if you close the doors on them, they'll snap out of it quickly, open the doors themselves and start moving around again.
