I've noticed while playing that I'll have sharp dips in framerate, or even what feels like stuttering. This seems to happen even on "Ugly But Fast" with V-Sync off, and I don't understand why. Is it my computer, or a problem with the game? I can normally play on Gloriously Heavy with V-Sync on and not have issues, but the drops in framerate are annoying. The big problem is times like right now where the game starts having consistent issues for no apparent reason. I switched to "Ugly But Fast" and turned off V-Sync to test it, and just running around the lobby I get stuttering and fps drops. Any help would be appreciated.

CPU: i5-2400 @ 3.1Ghz | GPU: GTX 970 | RAM: 8GB | OS: Windows 7 64-bit | Display: 1920x1080 @ 60Hz

EDIT: Looking at the Steam forums, it seems that I'm not alone in this. So maybe it is just a problem with the game that needs to be fixed.
