Anyone who played it yet? Any feedback about stability gameplay etc would be appreciated.
I'm interested to know, too. The game looks fun and adorable, and I'd have instabought if it was a full release... but in dev always makes me hesitate.

Fingers crossed someone takes the plunge (hurr) and posts a review or replies to this thread, soon. :c

I'm in the game for a little bit more than an hour. Not so long, i know. The game runs flawless and i've not seen any bugs for now, except the german translation is incomplete. Maybe other languages too?!

The gameplay and controls are very fun and self explainable. There is also an in-game manual. It is not just building a city on the water, you have to move the whole city to other places for further progress. I'm very impressed for now.

I'll let you know if i find any bugs.

Thank you so much for sharing! :D
Sounding good so far, though I can imagine the incomplete translations being frustrating for those who want/need them. But that's what in dev is like, I guess.

If you don't mind my asking, is the game sandboxy, or does it have a story line? Just want to temper my expectations, haha
thank you for your response Hustlefan, good to know

I'm sold on it tbh, was mostly concerned about stability, but I'm kind of torn about buying it now or waiting for 1.0 release, I don't want to spoil the story or anything if there is one

It's like a city sim married FTL right?
So far, it's a sandbox game. The content is still limited, but should be extended gradually.

The tasks are still repeated, hoping that they will be extended and new maps will be added. Also, the modding would fit very well with the game.

It's Sandbox, yes. There is no storyline for now. It's all about surviving.

Much more content is needed, but i think the developers will add it.

When you reach the end of the map, you have to begin from the start again, but with all your progress. Little bit like New Game+ without increased difficulty.

At the moment it plays like an extended demo with big potential.

*EDIT* I realized that it was I who had not saved, so that part was my own fault. Too used to Autosave features on games like this, I suppose.

Well, I just bought it and played for about four or five hours straight. Very fun game, both a stressful as all heck resource management game before one is set up properly, then turns into a rather relaxing base-building game once you've stabilised.

Unfortunately, when I at one point left the game paused for ten minutes while taking a call, the graphics stopped updating so none of the menus or popups appeared where they should. Game was still active, so I could pause and start, select items and place buildings and what have you, but the graphics were boned. Had to Alt+Tab and close the window manually, and when I re-opened the program, I found that the game hadn't been saved. So. Yeah. Game's definitely still in development. Gameplay is, however, excellent, if in need of some slight polishing in spots.

I think it's worth the purchase, but if you're feeling uncertain I'd wait a few patches before getting it and let the dev iron out the worst of the kinks first.

After 11 hours gameplay:

8 hours played with Version 0.1.8 (Many Bugs)
3 hours played with Version Hotfix 0.1.9 (No Problems)

- Good stability (Never Crashed)
- Gameplay Ok for me.
- Fast Patch Interval
- Start Now New Gameplay with 0.1.10 Release

I Like it!
Unfortunately, the updates are not offered as offline download, but only via GOG Galaxy. This may be because the updates are released almost daily.
