Yes and it also shows up in the Logitech software. However, the game only recognizes my Dual Force Feedback controllers and my Extreme 3D Joystick (and the keyboard), but no option for the Momo when selecting the controller.
I had the same issue. It's not supported.

Oh man. I was hoping, if that was the case, that someone had coded a workaround.

Thanks for the link. Maybe my Wingman Formula SP is on it and it will work with a USB adapter. Otherwise, I guess I gotta buy a more recent wheel.

First thing I'd try, is disconnecting all other input devices and leave only the wheel connected. Some games don't like too many controllers.
IIRC Faltout didn't like the wheel not being the 1st device. So if you have a joystick too, unplug it or make the wheel the 1st device.
