I understand this maybe a dumb question, but I have the original F.E.A.R. game as well as the all the updates and patches for it, and that brings the game to v1.08. I'm making an assumption here that this bundle is up to date with all updates and patches applied, Correct...? Or are they just made to work with other Windows OS?

Yes, it has the latest patch.
