Just bought it :)

It's downloading and eager to see what it's like. Has anyone else already played it?
It's pretty good. Graphics are slick and slow motion looks really cool! Guns are a bit more clunky but still good. Combat is smooth and feels good. Game is about as scary as the first one. On the technical side, I remember something being fucked up with mouse sensitivity and there is a framerate cap iirc.
I bought it within 5 minutes of seeing it on the store page but 15gb to download might take me a bit. I think other people are downloading too, my speed jumps a lot every 10sec and my estimate goes between 20min and 45min for just one 4gb section.

I will link my few words here:

If you like meta stuff:
"The game where Alma entity start to grow conscious and independent of her creators (in game and in reality). There is more than fourth wall that goes broken... ;-)"
Also couple of screens for people for understanding why no leans and HUD like that.
EDIT. I have something interesting for you:

Cool!

It downloaded overnight. The GOG downloaded gave me an error with one of the files, so I used the standard download and that worked. Will try it out after work and see if there are any issues, like regarding the mouse sensitivity.
F.E.A.R. 2 is a decent game, especially for the current price. Some nice graphics, cool weapons and some odd moments. But I do think it is a bit stale compared to the original. Though for the price, how can you say no!
Ran the game on two machines, both Windows 8.1 64 bit, one with an AMD HD6770 and the other one with a GTX660. Game looks mint, didn't notice any issues with it. Has surround sound as well for those with surround speakers, no ALchemy needed.

The only issue you can have since original game has it too is disappearing combat music upon load or multiple ambient/combat music track not ending/still playing at once when they add up while you cross other sections of the level. That often happens on Keegan chapter for me but probably elsewhere too. Devs stated it was fixed in patch but still occurs..
