This game is great, and I loved the human campaign, but I really could not be bothered with the Orks. I don't like the units and the voices are so annoying I wanted to skip it. Unfortunately I had no option to as the game MAKES you play it before you can move onto the Alliance (Elf) campaign; so I tried to make this as painless as possible by cheating my way through.

I made sure to collect the four 'characters' in the game before cheating my way to the last mission with the 'cheatvictory' command. I then played the last level, using only the usual healing cheat to make the process quicker.

Anyway, completed it as usual and I get dumped back into the menu only to see this

I don't know if its what I did that made it break, keeping the last one locked, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to make it unlock.

If anyone knows of some file I can edit to get this thing unlocked, I will be super happy. Or even a fool-proof method of skipping the Ork campaign entirely.

I don't know if theres an easyer way, but i have the Alliance campaign unlocked, so maybe dropping my Profiles folder on your game folder could do the trick.

Two problems, you'd be stuck with my profile name and you'd have to readjust the options since i think they're stored on the profile somewhere.

If you want to try it you can grab my Profiles folder here. The folder is 7zipped, so you'd have to extract it.

If you do try it don't forget to backup your Profiles folder just in case.

Namur: Snip
Well that worked in a way; in the sense that I can go through your saved games and find the first level of the alliance campaign and start there, but the actual campaign selection is still locked!

Its no problem to change the setting back to what I want them to be, but this should have never happened really. What I mean by that is I'm being restricted by the game to play it in a linear fashion, when in fact the order of the campaigns does not even matter.

Anyway, I'll wait to see if anyone comes up with a way to actually unlock it on my profile, otherwise Namur your way is the only solution to this annoying problem (unless I'd perhaps played the Ork campaign without cheating)

Ah, i'm sorry about that Romulus, the campaign shows up as unlocked and selectable on the campaign screen at my end, i was hoping it would behave the same way for you.

Looks like profile swapping is the only solution. I've been playing the campaign with no trouble, so thank you for sharing your game files. Such a frustrating thing, to have the campaigns locked like that. Nevermind!

You're welcome.

I agree, it doesn't make much sense to have them locked if the order in which you play them doesn't matter one way or the other, but there's not much anyone can do about that i'm affraid .
For me it worked, i can select the Alliance Campaign without going trough the save games.

Many thanks for sharing your profile files Namur !:)
