The mouse controls feel a little sluggish. If I move my mouse just a tiny bit it doesnt even register. I tried autolock=flase and mouse sensitivity but that doesnt really change much.

Also is there a way to reduce the scroll speed?

I understand what you're saying, but I've Googled the shit out of it and this game unfortunately is unplayable still just because of the scrolling speed. In Windows 10 in 2019, it's not just about mouse acceleration. Maybe it's unfixable, but I would greatly appreciate any insight you have. I have mouse acceleration disabled, according to Win 10 mouse settings. Again, if you have any ideas on how I might fix this, I would appreciate it. It's one of my favorite games from when I was a young lad.

The OP was having two issues: lack of mouse responsiveness and scroll speed being too fast, which are unrelated.
