Interesting, I thought the topic was just going to be "who won in your game?".

I think there are too many variables to say who should have won, since I think each of the sides would have different chances (better/worse) to win based off of certain characters or events. Does that make sense?

The way the game seems to be going suggests to me, strongly, the legion would have won.
NCR is weak and continuously taking a beating, can't get their act together for the decisive battle.

House... no way, the courier and the coin was his chance, no courier - no chance.

Having said that, given with what's going on with Caesar, the Legion wouldn't last in the long term.
They'd have infighting, an internal battle for power. In the long term, NCR would outlast them.
