I wanted to try playing Fallout, but I know there are some patches/mods I need to install to be able to play the game in modern system. So what and how/what order do I have to install?

My system:

Windows 8.1 64bit

Intel Core i3-4005U

NVidia GeForce 820m 2GB VRAM

4GB DDR3 RAM

Resolution: 1366x768
