I'm installing Fallout 2 on my new laptop, and I've got a few questions, the first being....
Can I get alternate player-character models for Fallout 2? On an older computer running XP, where I had the restoration pack installed, there were arrows for altering hair/body types, but none included. Is there a place I can actually get such things?

*Edit again* I got the restoration pack working, but I still get the colors problem with the game. Is there a fix that will also allow the restoration pack to run, or is it one or the other?

I had deleted the message previously, because the OP didn't returned to reply, but the info may be useful for other people:

You probably tried to change the appearance of the female model, wich doesn't have alternate models yet.
A punk girl is in production (you can check the progress here) , and will be included in Restoration Project.
You can change the dude's hair to be long, or bald.
Your colors problem was discussed here.
Personally, I terminate explorer.exe temporally and that fixes the color glitch for me.
