Well... HOW? Seems my computer can't run Fallout games any more. The adjustments for XP were realy that extreme?

I think those requirements are the minimum for running XP nicely, not so much Fallout.
For the record, I'm running Fallout on a Win2K machine here, works fine.
No, you can run windows xp on a 7mhz processor with 16mb of ram. they pulled those stats out of their arse.

Perhaps, but it wouldn't be a pleasant experience. And I think it's safe to say Fallout needs more iron than that ;-)
