Event message shows:
The GalaxyCommunication service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the GalaxyCommunication service to connect.
It seems whenever I play the game without Galaxy or if I unplug my internet, some galaxy background service is doing something. The game itself runs fine and all, I'm just curious what's going on in the background. I played Fallout 3 as well but never encountered such messages, only New Vegas.
