Hi!

I've just started playing Fallout and I really like it. I have a question about stealing. When the stealing interface is open I can't right click to see the action cursor (the one that lets you see item names, unload guns, etc). Is this intended? I want to be able to see item names when stealing stuff, because I don't know what all the icons indicate.

Thanks :)

Wazhai: Hi!
I think that's as intended. You can't see the specifics of items before you actually have it in your hands. Steal first and see the details later.

BTW. Did you know stealing is the way you give and take stuff from your followers as well? I completely missed this on my first playthrough.
Alright, I just wanted to know if it was like this for everyone or some odd bug on my side.

In response to your "BTW". This is not strictly true. You can barter with your companions, Ian, Talja, and Tycho. You can also "give" your allies items by right clicking them and selecting your bag. Stimpacks will be consumed this way, though, so be aware.
