When I hit the play button, Galaxy immediately synced my savegames.

But alas it doesn't stop syncing, stuck at 0%. I try to leave it at half an hour or so, it's still stuck there.

I do get my recent games from my other machine though, but that's probably because I use OneDrive to sync "Documents" folder.

Well, since this isn't really an issue for me, I might let it slide (synced through OneDrive anyway).

But if there's any fix or anyone knows what causing this, please help.

There seem to be a problem with Fallout 3 too, when I tried to verify my files, it's stuck at "updating" forever as well.

I'm using the latest Galaxy client 1.2.26

I suggest you to contact support: read this post.
Thanks. 2 computers both displaying the same symptoms.

On both Fallout NV endless cloud save sync issue and Fallout 3 endless verify.

Fallout 3 cloud save sync also got stuck. I'm not sure about the other games though.

Reported these as bug on mantis.

There are issues on Steam client too, but Galaxy is still very immature and shows a lot of problems.
Well, steam do got at least 15 years of development behind it. I understand if Galaxy is not comparable to Steam yet. At least it's more reliable to Uplay and Origin (lolololol), but most of all much more diverse library of games.

The extended save time for cloud sync is likely because you have a large amount of old saves. You need to clear up the save file in C:\Users\dad\Documents\My Games\FalloutNV\Saves. Keep only the most recent. The fallout save folders can become really large, into the GB's.

Really only 1 save. Is there an issue with your av/malware blocking your uploads? Try temporarily disabling the a\v while you run it. Also try adding the game folder and mygames folder to the a\v whitelist.

I don't use any AV/malware, only Windows Defender.

The thread is marked solved. It's a bug in Galaxy. And the bug was reported.

But thank you for your help.

Ok cool. Strange bug. You could just run it without cloud save, then just back-up the save folder manually every once in a while till the issues corrected.
