I decided to try FO London after a year or so and I downloaded everything from GOG "On a new PC", So what is current on Fallout 4 GOTY and Fallout London with the download files is what I got. I did see lots of patches for London but look to be older than what the game is now.

When I go to select female at character selection and brings up the character editor, it shows a male model. Even restarted to make sure the selection button were not flipped and male give a male model. I spent all day uninstalling & reinstalling the game and mod with the same results. I even started FO4 before installing London to make sure female model was working and it is fine. I used console command sexchange and got the female model but it glitched the female model over the male model and looks bad. I did notice that selecting female is selecting female as I just let it go with male model and the Smythe that talks to the scientists is the female one, So it is just the female model editor not working.

Just reinstalled the game again and it still isn't working. And if I pick female it will bring in the smythe male now. I think sexchange is what changed it the last time to female smythe. But this needs fixed.

I tried launching the game from the desktop FOLON icon and even the FO4 GOTY folder under C drive called f4se_loader and still same results even tried the f4se_loader under the fallout london folder and just get a terminal windows saying couldn't find Fallout4.exe.

I downloaded the Fallout London One Click and still didn't work and tried all the methods.

I found a way to fix it and will have to do this every time if starting a new character as a female and don't have to edit with "ShowLooksMenu 14".

At the screen select of Male or Female, enter console and type sexchange and exit console and then select female. It will show female and can now edit the face character or swap through the different face models without the male face glitching through like on mine. This should hopefully not glitch anything in the game as you make this change right before the gender selection.
