I just found out the Lands of the Seraph quest bugged after talking to the ferryman, the charbdis quest completes Lands of the Seraph quest doesnt,going back to earlier saves didn't fix it either is there a way to fix this in the console or do i have to wait for a patch or start a new game?

Same. I made it to the terminal to lower the bridge, but it's blank with no way to lower the crane.
Noclipping over the gap - the button can't be pushed.
