Or does it need tweaking?

I have the 'Sold Out' disc version that I got working a year or so ago but now it doesnt so I wondered if the GOG version was any better?

I cant get the disc version to even install, if I rund the launcher the 'install' button is greyed out and nothing happens if I run the setup.exe, even using compatability modes

Try using DDrawCompat from Github, it works really well with this game now.
