For some reason, this game brings my GTX 1080 SC to high temperatures! My GPU runs in general at 60/65 celsius with all my games. Including demanding one´s like Battlefield 1, Witcher 3, GTA 5, Mafia III, etc.

With this game, it goes to 78 celsius!!! What?
I see that it puts my GPU in high usage too. Using a lot of processing from a 1080! For a point, walk and click game?

(Kaisen even look like a GPU mosfet wich is a hot gpu component . A message from the developers?)

Is anybody seeing this side effect with this game too?
Thanks!

A late reply but you most certainly aren't alone with that one. Personally I didn't have such issues when I played it through the first time, I've tested with AMD ASUS STRIX RX 480 and with Nvidia GTX GIGABYTE G1 GAMING 1060, both going at around 60-67C max (2560x1440). I had SSRR disabled as I didn't notice that much of a difference with it on so decided to leave it off altogether and Vsync on while playing full screen.

I now tried to enable SSRR and played for a while, and my temperatures went up to 70-73C. You could try to disable that and see if it helps you. Some claims the high GPU usage + Temperatures might have to do with the matter that Event[0] is built on Unity, which apparently has some issues like that at times. I can't say one way or another as I by no means have enough knowledge about the matter, so this all is just about what I've read.
Hi! Thanks for the answer. Much apreciated!
Didn´t know about the SSRR thing. I´ll try that for sure. About Unity, i try to not buy games made with that platform as i know about feedback of the comunity that a big percentage of games made with it has big issues. Didn´t know about unity in this game until i bought it. :(
Anyway, the high temperatures are there in the game. Even doing nothing. I tried to send a message to the developers but it went to the void (no answers at all).

Thanks again my friend.
Yeah apparently Unity titles ramps up GPU usage way up even if there shouldn't be any reason to. Even if the 78C isn't that much of an issue for the GPU itself, but comparing that to what you usually get, is.. mind blowing with the lack of a better term. I feel bad for those that lacks the proper cooling with their system, though :/

Hopefully it helps you bringing the temperatures down a bit at least, the game itself is rather fun and it's a shame it's affected by the engine issues.
