AGCEEP 1.58 - , [url=https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B29PsVST_7bxSS1NbzNfQU5oVVU]mirror
Extract to Europa Universalis 2\AGCEEP, run by starting EU2.exe with the AGCEEP parameter. EGUFSM 1.2 is required!
To start an AGCEEP game, you can make a shortcut with the following target field (custom icons can be found in the Icons sub-folder):
"C:\GOG Games\Europa Universalis 2\EU2.exe" AGCEEP
This is a major content expansion for EU2. Tens of thousands of new events, historically accurate and rebalanced starting conditions, cores, leaders, everything. This is the latest version I have or could find locally, more recent than the ones available through other links. Please report any bugs you encounter.

EGUFSM 1.2 - , [url=https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B29PsVST_7bxUU96elZsQ1p5bjA]mirror
Extract to your main Europa Universalis 2 folder.
Flag and shield enhancement mod: adds historically accurate shields with culturally appropriate designs for all states. Required for AGCEEP.

Clearer Fonts - , [url=https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B29PsVST_7bxOFBFaHJBeTRPaFE]mirror
Extract to your main Europa Universalis 2 folder.
Some cleaner sans-serif fonts. They won't make the text larger, but can be a convenience.

Resurgent Granada - , [url=https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B29PsVST_7bxN1lxQ1l3dFNjczg]mirror
Extract to your main Europa Universalis 2 folder. AGCEEP is required!
An alt-history setup for Granada in AGCEEP. It adds a few events to make it easier for Granada to survive and prosper on the Iberian peninsula.

Orthodox and East Asian City Sprites - , [url=https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B29PsVST_7bxamNNXzBiaXZRWG8]mirror
Extract to your main Europa Universalis 2 folder.
Some alternative map sprites, more culturally fitting and/or aesthetically pleasing.

Naval Manufactury Sprite - , [url=https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B29PsVST_7bxV1prSXl0S1J2czA]mirror
Extract to your main Europa Universalis 2 folder.
An alternative map sprite for naval manufacturies, in the form of an anchor. Apply to taste.

For higher/widescreen resolution support or windowed mode, visit Unknown Entity's site: http://www.geocities.jp/soukan_n/f/index.html
You can use the provided command line tools, or follow the offered tutorials and hex-edit EU2.exe yourself!

Thanks! I actually just grabbed the fonts for EU I, and they look to be a nice improvement.

Spinorial: I'd be grateful if someone could mirror these on mediafire.
Here you are (hope I haven't forgot something) :
https://www.mediafire.com/folder/kia63y9rrm18b/Europa_Universalis_2

I created a free account on mediafire especially for this, I hope it will be sufficient ? But I'm not sure that I'll be able to update it often though (and I'll try to go here from time to time ;)), so if someone who is passing here more often than me can, he should make mirrors too !

In all case, thank you a lot for providing all of this :)
I tried the clearer font patch, and it really helps me to read more easily in EU2 ! :D Are they usable in other Paradox titles available on GOG ? (other than EU1 and EU2 I mean)
And I'll try EGUFSM 1.2, it seems interesting.

Thanks a bunch! For some reason, I've always had trouble signing up on MF, but I've also always found their links fairly reliable and convenient. Some redundancy is welcome for these files :-)

The engine is the same, so they should be. Of note, I think CK, Vic, and HoI use Lafayette and Proforma, rather than Garamond, but you're free to rename the files as necessary and test things out. I'm pretty sure these games have their own font fixes, somewhere. Just back up the old font files, and go wild with tests :P

Also, I heartily advocate trying AGCEEP, too. It makes the game shine!

Send me a PM if you change/update things, I'll try to follow your updates as close as possible !

Tools

EU2 Unlimited Time Patch by Moctezuma (Latest Version: 2.0)
EU2UnlimitedPatch2.zip
Europa Univeralis 2 is designed to simulate 1419 to 1820 period. However the same game engine with little modifications can be easily used for much wider period. This utility allows you to design and play any scenario since 0 AD and later on! (Unfortunately BC years are not supported because the game cannot handle negative values).

EU2 Technology Effects Editor by Moctezuma (Latest Version: 1.2)
TechEffectsEditor12.zip
Technologies in EU2 are partly editable using text files (land.csv...). However some technology effects, e.g. technology necessary to construct artillery, to do assaults, to build manufactories and so on, are hardcoded in the executable. This tool allows you to modify also these values. Editor was tested with english EU2 1.05, 1.06 and all betas 1.06b but it should work with any language version.

EU2 Scenario Generator by Moctezuma (Latest Version: 1.04)
EU2Generator104.zip

EU2Spy by HorragotH (Latest Version: 1.00)
EU2Spy.exe

With this program you can read EU1 and EU2 savegame's. It shows (depending on the EU-version) things like history, badboy, technology and policies.

Perhaps I can get the above tools to Spinorial and Splatsch for hosting.
Does anyone know, where you might find the excel file mentioned here:

It's not mod, but IMO very useful. Unfortunately, I am unable to find this file anywhere :( It was not preserved in Archives :(
Noticed that on another board and it worked very well for me

For people playing with Europa Universalis 2 , if you want it windowed DxWnd works perfectly for it (in the DxWnd mouse tab, check "Hide" at Cursor Visibility to avoid having both the window mouse pointer and the EU2 mouse pointer at the same time).

It is also very important to change the compatibility settings of dxwnd.exe to "Window XP SP3" or it will not launch a windowed EU2
You can also increase in the EU2 settings file the resolution from 800x600 to 1024x768 and do the same in dxwnd to have a larger window
Looking for the MyMap + AGCEEP Mod, as Crazy Ivans homepage appears to be down.

It's basically AGCEEP with a better, more detailed map.

Sad to see all these Mods disappearing. :(
Thank you. The game is belated, but thanks to these patches, I play much more satisfyingly. Especially thanks for the font part. The text is very easy to see.

Looking for the WS patch to play at 1080p the one above is dead.

Here is newest my map 1.65: I think it includes AGCEEP because events look very similar, but I can't confirm, it was so long ago.

Here is mymap with AGCEEP for sure:

https://www.mediafire.com/file/0bsdi5nepmdz8j3/MyMAP-AGCEEP151.rar/file

I think 1.65 is the newest version, if not, please correct me.

Here are many other mods for EU2:
