They are in my documents folder as Eschalon Book 1 saved games

in the opening screen left click on the bottom middle writing and it will give you the exact location.

%UserProfile%\Documents\Eschalon Book 1 Saved Games

Eschalon: Book 2
%APPDATA%\Basilisk Games\Book 2 Saved Games


If you don't know how to find these folders just open Start menu -> select Run -> type path -> press enter
