I just started E1, at the first quest, I have to find a bar of Mithril in in the town of Elderhollow.
When I go to that town, I can't find any clue of this. And I found a 2nd floor, and basement, but with no key,
no lockpick skill, I do nothing to proceed the game.

Please help how to proceed this mission.

Look at the attached map (courtesy of GameBanshee): you have to go to location A and enter the Dank Cellar. There you can get the bar of mithril but, to do so, you have to explore the whole cellar and that's a place full of traps, secret doors, enemies and locked doors. For instance, in one of the first rooms, you have to step on a pressure plate to open a secret door in order to proceed further.
