It's in the game itself. You have to re-download the original and it will be there.

Just Bought it and dowloaded it today, the Paris DLC is here but, I can't found Santa workshop :-(

If you have GOG Galaxy installed, rollback Escapists to version 1.2396, copy the file SS.map somewhere safe, then update the game again to the latest version and move SS.map back to your map folder.
