Just purchased this, but every time I click on it, it goes to 403 Forbidden. I downloaded the newest windows but still cant get to my game. Any ideas?

I assume you are downloading direct from your account page? If it's still not working, try downloading with GOG's downloader:
http://www.gog.com/downloader
or with GOG Galaxy:
http://www.gog.com/galaxy
