Yes, I know, I type OPTIONS and it goes into the options menu (took me a while to figure that out; when I click on anything with the mouth, THE GAME CRASHES).

But what then? How do I change the settings from German to, say, English? Typing doesn't help and mouse clicks are equally ineffective. :( :( :(

I managed it eventually. For a game that is supposed to work without a mouse, the mouse pointer acts rather buggy, I'll say.

In case you have similar problems: Place the mouse pointer a good ways OVER the intended clicking point. Solved it for me. No idea why.

My mouse works just fine with this game. Well, the Linux version at least. So I'd say there must be something wrong with your PC or with the Windows/Mac version of the game...

I suspect the screen ratio, which is 5:4. But that's still not "wrong", just a teensy bit unusual.

Ah, I see, good old 1280x1024, right? :)
