After installation it seems I can not change game graphic options from DOSBOXConfig utility - no matter what I select and save it always shows Surface, which gives me blank green screen in every game. Reinstallation or repair from GOG Galaxy did not resolve the issue. Any ideas how to fix it?

Try running it as admin? Otherwise, you can just edit the .conf file manually with Wordpad.

As of now, that config tool doesn't work at all even if you use it from start menu shortcut - even with offline installer so don't bother with it, edit things manually, they are rather well documented inside conf files.

Same green screen problem here too, but I solved it by changing output line in dosbox_epin.conf file to another. output=opengl is working here.
