While I love this game, and am grateful for all of the new additions (I think they have a lot of cool content) ... I still really miss the vanilla experience.
I made a post on this before, but the AD&D really changed the feel of the game. It made the game overall way easier, and kind of trivialized a lot of the challenges that made things great.
I don't even care about others beating the game, and getting the achievements (all of mine are dated before the update anyway :P). I'm happy that more people can experience this great game, but I do miss the original experience.
I know the devs are likely done with updates, but I hope they can add some sort of switch in the breach that allows you to only access vanilla content... similar to how you can switch on/off : rainbow mode, turbo mode, etc.
