It has been available in Steam since 24th October, when will we have it in GOG?

EA HOTFIX IV stands for 0.14.1024.1302 version of a game.
this version is already uploaded on gog servers :)

If it helps, I've noticed that there's a small delay between when GoG galaxy will auto-update your games, and when the patch files are actually available for individual download. It's not long (less than a day), but if you're absolutely must have the bleedingest edge, you'll probably want to install GoG Galaxy.

I say this as someone who really doesn't like extra bloatware on my system.... I installed it for this specific purpose, and will likely remove it when Encased stops updating so frequently.
