From what I know Empire Earth 3 works fine on Windows 10.
Empire Earth 2 issues can be easly fixed by Unofficial Patch 1.5: https://ee2.eu/patch which also adds all screen resolutions support and fixes unhandled exception crashes. Almost 50% of all UP1.5 users have Windows 10 ( https://ee2.eu/statistics/#osminor )
For Empire Earth 1 you can install NeoEE patch: http://neoee.net/ They claim that Windows 8 issues were fixed, so it should work fine, unless it's a problem with graphics card / graphics drivers.
