Or you could find an appropriate Discord server to find people playing the game, but you'll struggle with the multiplayer aspect, due to it requiring Gameranger/Hamachi to work properly.

Highly doubt one exists i don't see anywhere that says it's against the rules to post a LFG post in this discussion

While one probably doesn't exist for Emperor directly, there are servers by popular youtubers where you can talk about things like that. GamerZakh's youtube channel, for example, has a discord server for discussion of city building, so you might find people from there.

I never said this post was wrong. Just saying that if you prefer to chat on discord, you'd probably be better off to find someone on Discord itself, rather than via here (this section of forum is mostly for support issues and quick questions, rather than gatherings ;))

Probably the General Discussion board, but in general, most of the game-specific forums are just for support from community members. It's very unlikely, if not impossible, to try and get multiplayer games for Emperor going here, you'll probably have better hope checking out discord servers for popular youtubers that have done the games and attract a crowd (eg GamerZakh's channel)
