Is this the correct link? Seems to be a livestream walking through the tutorial. I can't find anything about .dat files.

Hi Andrew, I'm super excited for the new patch!! EFS is my all time favorite game! I've been playing since at least 1997 - I remember very distinctly neglecting my homework in 4th grade so I could play hot seat with my brother. I still have the original CD and manual. I don't need them at all anymore since bought it on GOG, but I still hold onto them for sentimental value.
Looks like you guys are close to releasing so I guess I'm late to the party, but I kind of wish I got here earlier to be able to help out.
I heard there was a discord for this patch to stay in the loop? I saw an older link but it doesn't work anymore. EDIT: found the discord server, nvm :D
Anyway, I'm super happy that you and everyone else who is working on it are making such great progress, have a great day!
