I'm facing an issue I remember facing with the original a couple of years ago. The game gets onto the menu but then crashes. Right before crashing the cursor freezes up and glitches oddly (like flickers). I can't remember how I fixed it a few years ago, and would appreciate any help!

I was hopping the new update would no longer have this issue.

Edit:

I seem to have got it to work by changing the Direct X options from 'screen fit' to 'integer scaling'. This isn't whatever I did before as I remember it not being a tiny screen, but I guess it will do for now.

For anyone else who has this problem in the future, if fiddling with the tool doesn't work then try disabling the intro movie in the DAT/EFS.INI file. It should be the very first item in the file.
